My path started with video and brand strategy. Today I'm founder and CEO of NXT YOU and co-build further companies across content, creative execution and growth.
Story
I am Clemens Kauschke, entrepreneur and co-founder of several companies. I have been self-employed since 2016. My path led me from film and brand strategy to building digital products and own companies.
I spent an exchange year at a high school in Taiwan in 2014 and learned Chinese there. Later, I studied business and Chinese in Hamburg. That time shaped how I work across cultures and languages.
Today I lead NXT YOU as Founder and CEO. At NXT STUDIOS I am a co-founder and shareholder, and at NXT SPORT I am a shareholder today — having originally founded its predecessor, 3310 Marketing GmbH. I support Foerderung.de as Strategy Partner, and I co-founded ASYMMETRY and SKAEL. These companies bring together technology, brand, content and growth.
What interests me most: working with people who have something in mind — and together building the structures, teams and products that turn it into a viable company. I get involved operationally: with experience from my own startups, a grown network and the ambition to take responsibility for implementation.
In 2022 I was included in the Business Punk Top 100. Since 2024 I have been engaged as a Senator in the Senat der Wirtschaft Deutschland. Both mean a lot to me and strengthen me in bringing entrepreneurial experience and seeking exchange with others. I am driven to build companies that last — with people I enjoy taking this path with.
